All orders for delivery to mainland UK are shipped via TNT on a next day service before 12 for orders placed before 1pm.

Cost and Delivery

UK Mainland £9, next working day before 12 (on orders placed before 1pm, orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched the next working day but will still be charged the same rate) on orders of under £150, on orders over £150 delivery is free. UK Mainland delivery in 2 – 3 days, £5.

Northern Ireland and Chanel Isle: £22, next working day before 12 (on orders placed before 1pm, orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched the next working day but will still be charged the same rate) NI and CI delivery in 2 -3 days, £15.

Delivery to Europe is via TNT and here is the list of European countries we deliver to:

Delivery to USA and Canada:

All orders for delivery to USA are shipped via TNT. Providing there are no delays through customs you should receive your order in up to 4 working days.

Please note customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

Qasimi uses a standard pricing policy to ensure that all of our customers are charged the same price, regardless of where they live. We do not offer VAT refunds on orders delivered outside of the EU.

General delivery information/Despatch/Timing of Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm the same working day, any orders placed after 1pm will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Please note that during busy periods and in sale, this is sometimes not possible.

Using a different delivery address

If you don't think you'll be at home to receive your parcel, please give us an alternative address if it suits you better - for example, your work address. You can enter any address you wish on the checkout page, under Shipping Address.

If you aren’t in when the delivery arrives

Our delivery partners will leave a notice card with contact details explaining any next steps in order for you to receive your order.


If there are delays

We do everything we can to make sure deliveries take place when we say they will. Sometimes, though, things beyond our control delay delivery. If the delivery is going to be delayed, we'll email you as soon as possible and advise you of the new delivery arrangements.

Our Returns Policy

If for any reason at all you want to return something, you can do so within 14 days of delivery.

It doesn't matter whether you've tried the garment on or not as long as the returns tag remains attached to the garment and the item remains in the same condition as sold. We'll give you a full refund or exchange the item. We don't refund the original postage and packaging charge, but if you require us to exchange the item then you won’t pay postage for the replacement item.

There are only two exceptions to our 14 day guarantee:

How to return or exchange a product

Follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order.

We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive. However, during really busy periods, please allow up to 28 days for your return or exchange to be processed. Note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to exchange an item, we can't stop the payer from finding out.

There's no need to call or email us to tell us you've returned the parcel. Just follow the instructions on the packing slip, arrange for a collection and we will do the rest. We recommend that you take note of the tracking number in case anything goes wrong so that we can track your item.
