All orders for delivery to USA are shipped via TNT.

Qasimi uses a standard pricing policy to ensure that all of our customers are charged the same price, regardless of where they live. We do not offer VAT refunds on orders delivered outside of the EU.

Our Returns Policy
If for any reason you want to return something, you can do so within 14 days of delivery (*temporarily extended this to 30 days from delivery), as long as the returns tag remains attached to the garment and the item remains in the same condition as sold. We'll give you a full refund or exchange the item. We don't refund the original postage and packaging charge, but if you require us to exchange the item then you won’t pay postage for the replacement item.
Sale items are non refundable, we will offer an exchange only to the same value or higher that original order.
How to return or exchange a product:
Follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order. If you no longer have the packing slip please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive. However, during really busy periods, please allow up to 28 days for your return or exchange to be processed.
